Empty!

The first part of the second semester is already over…

Here comes the third periodical test…

We were given enough time to review. [But no, it’s not really enough.] Even if we had time, do we have complete notes? It’s good that they’ve lent me some. I missed a lot of lessons because of the Regional Science Quest and ‘twas already the examination days after this contest. [whoa! *o*] my mind is empty… very blank… All I did on the test was to guess the right answer. And it’s also good that I have my friends who assisted/guided me on the tests.

All the tests were not a piece of cake. But we all worked together, so we made it a no sweat test. However, our test in TLE was very hard – that we have to write a very long html file but ‘twas fun and exigent. Those tests which needs some calculations – that if you made a mistake, everything will be wrong. I was hapless, perplexed; I felt really blank. I couldn’t work well, because it seemed that my psyche was really empty!

Not quite tough to try these

[Featuring the Attributes]
Activity#8 was all about the font attributes. We edited the first activity by putting different features. We placed colors. We selected font styles for the html file and resized the fonts.

[Picture Perfect]
Capture what photo you want! Place something that you like or is best suited for the file. Make fun with it or take it seriously; and surely, you’ll finish the second to the last activity. This activity [#9] was all on placing images on the first activity.

[Hyper – bond?]
Activity#10 focused on hyperlinks – which is quite a confusing thing. It was far different from that linking technique that they’ve taught me before for 'twas html-html. I used to do some linking of a word file to a powerpoint file before and I took several minutes to do it for there were so many means to follow it and it's too long and hard. Unlike this activity which is very simple. We just used the tag . It's effortless actually but.. be careful not to make a mistake. It can be confusing.

All Because of Raiver

December 20 - January 4

...an ordinary Christmas vacation.

[The truth] My vacation officially started last December 1, 2008 for I haven't attended most of my classes because of school businesses - the Pinning of Ranks and the school paper works. The Busilak staffers rushed the paper for the regional evaluation and press conference this month. This is "the last chance" and a "challenge" for me to join in the RSPC - Editorial Writing (December 15-18); I have something to prove to myself:

"Do I really have the wit to write "serious" and "delicate" stuffs and deserve to be the E-I-C?

Yes. I have proven these. Although it's difficult to attain the zenith of success, I had made it on the top.

December 19: the real start of vacation because it's our Christmas party. We gave gifts to our close friends and exchanged hugs and kisses because we know we'll miss each other [*lol*]. Then.. I have spent the rest of the days with my relatives. 'twas when I met my very cute chinoy na pamangkin, Raiver Joriel. He was not that kind of kid who's kill joy and sensitive; he's very vigorous and playful. So, my Christmas vacation was not boring; and 'twas all because of him..
